Leopard - Botswana

In the soft afternoon light of Botswana, I watched a young female leopard balanced on a fallen tree branch, her body perfectly still. She was in hunting mode — focused, alert, every movement measured.

For a moment she turned and looked back over her shoulder, her golden eyes scanning the landscape behind her. The contrast of her power and grace against the rough bark of the branch made the scene unforgettable. It was a fleeting glimpse into the quiet intensity of a predator at work.
